错位交汇型钢管焊接节点试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 厦门火车西站站台雨棚钢结构节点为钢管焊接的空间管桁节点,其中存在一种杆件错位交汇的特殊节点形式。由于此种节点并非所有杆件交汇于同一点,杆件错位交汇使得节点受到较大偏心力的影响,加上节点杆件较多,受力状态较为复杂。为确保其安全性,选择其中典型的KT-KTT型节点进行足尺试验研究和弹塑性有限元分析。试验结果表明,节点承载力满足设计要求并具有足够的安全储备。有限元分析结果与试验结果基本吻合,在此基础上将节点两部分分别作为一个节点单独分析,与整体分析进行比较,并改变两部分交汇点间距进行分析和对比。结果表明,当交汇点间距不超过6倍主杆直径时,宜采用整体考虑的方法计算节点承载力。 The steel structural joints of the platform awning of Xiamen West Railway Station are welded space truss joints with tubes.A special style is found among these joints,whose tubes are intersected at two different points.The mechanical property of this kind of joints is quite complicated,because there are many tubes on one joint and the staggered intersection of tubes makes the joint suffer some large eccentric force.A typical KT-KTT joint is chosen to perform full-scale test and finite element analysis,to guarantee the safety of the special kind of joint.The test results show that the carrying capacity of the joint can meet the design requirement and the joint is safe enough.The results of finite element analysis are similar to the test results.Based on this conclusion,every pair of the joint is analyzed as a joint by itself and compared with the results of the integer.The two pairs and the integer of the joint are analyzed and compared after the distance of the two points of intersection is changed.The results show that when the distance of the two points is less than six times of the diameter of primary tube,integer analysis method is suggested to use to get the carrying capacity of joints.
