摘要 细胞凋亡是由基因控制的细胞自主有序的死亡。Bcl-2家族是细胞凋亡的关键调节分子,由Bcl-2亚家族、Bax亚家族和BH3亚家族组成。β细胞的功能障碍和凋亡是2型糖尿病发生的重要因素。高血糖、游离脂肪酸、胰淀素等可诱导2型糖尿病β细胞凋亡。Bcl-2家族成员接受诱导凋亡信号后,共同构成一个异常复杂的相互作用网络,调节胰岛β细胞凋亡。 Apoptosis is a genetically controlled cell death of self-ordered.Bcl-2 family is a key regulator of apoptosis by Bcl-2 homologs,Bax and the BH3 subfamily sub-family composition.β cell dysfunction and apoptosis in type 2 diabetes is an important factor.High glucose,free fatty acids,such as amylin can induce β cell apoptosis in type 2 diabetes.Bcl-2 family members have accepted the induction of apoptosis signal,together constitute a very complex interaction network,regulate pancreatic β cell.
