摘要
在对零部件进行优化时,必须人为输入一些设计变量,但给定的设计变量往往是粗略估计,范围或大或小,有时甚至会造成模型的干涉使优化失败。因此在优化前进行了敏感度分析,将设计变量参数化并进行筛选,找出影响设计目标的主要设计变量,删除不合理尺寸区间,避免了错误的发生、减少了分析时间、提高了优化速度和准确性,为最终实现最优化设计提供了条件。
People have to enter some design variables,when the parts are optimized,but given design variables are often a rough estimate,big or small,sometimes even the interference optimization failure is caused by model interference.Therefore the sensitivity analysis begins before optimization,the design variables will be parametric and screening and the main design variables might be obtained,delete the unreasonable size range,to avoid the errors and reduce the time and improve the optimal speed.In this case,a greater optimization might be obtained.
