认为“只有世界的,才是中国的”提法,强调建筑的时代性、世界性,而忽视建筑的民族性、地方性,是不当的。论证了应按鲁迅的提法:“有地方色彩的,倒容易成为世界的,即为别国所注意”;或“越是民族的,越是世界的”;“只有民族的,才是世界的”。
The viewpoint of “only globalized architectural creation can be accepted by China' lays stress on the world characteristic and the feature of the times of buildings, but ignores the national and local characteristics of buildings. This is not correct. The author expounds the words of Lu Xun that things with local flavor are easy to attract attention of the world and be accepted by the world. The more national colors a building reflects, the more attractive it is to the world. The correct view is that “only buildings with national characteristics can be accepted by the world'.
