丙烯酸酯第二单体A共聚竞聚率的测定及其应用 被引量:4

摘要 用溶液聚合的方法分别制备了丙烯酸十二酯 ( M1 )与第二单体 A( MA2 )、B( MB2 )聚合的共聚物。将 M1 与MA2 的共聚物用核磁共振方法测定其组成 ,然后用简易法和直线交叉法计算单体 M1 和 MA2 的竞聚率 ,分别为r1 =1 .0 3 ,r A2 =0 .0 8.由此判断 M1 和 MA2 的聚合属嵌均共聚。由文献查得 M1 和 MB2 聚合的竞聚率 r1 =1 .0 3 ,r B2=3 .2 ,由此判断 M1 和 MB2 的聚合属嵌段共聚。将本研究所制备的这两类共聚物按相同的添加量分别加入到润滑油基础油中 ,测定其降凝效果。降凝试验表明 ,嵌均共聚物其降凝效果比嵌段共聚物的降凝效果好。 The copolymers were prepared from dodecyl acrylate (M 1) with monomer A (M A 2) and monomer B (M B 2) by means of solution polymerization. Component of the copolymer of M 1 and M A 2 was determined by NMR. The reactivity ratio of M 1 and M A 2 were r 1=1.03, r A 2=0.08, respectively, obtained from component fracture through facilitation and intersection method. The copolymer was block homepolymer. The reactivity ratio of M 1 and M B 2 were r 1=1.3, r B 2=3.2, respectively, reference to[1]. The copolymer of M 1 and M B 2 was block polymer. The two copolymers were added in lubricate base oil respectively to assess the effects of depression of pour point. The assess tests indicated the block homepolymer bring deeper depression on the base oil's pour point than the block polymer.
