摘要
以中国石化集团沧州炼油厂投用铝浮顶为例,针对其使用中存在的问题,分别从设计因素、选型定货的技术指标、安装质检和管理四个方面进行了具体剖析,提出了各自的解决方法,并详细地介绍了铝浮顶的选择、安装及使用要求,为铝浮顶技术的推广应用提供了依据。
The aluminum floating roof,a kind of energy-saving-type product,is especially suitable for the technological reform of oil tank. Taking the application of aluminum floating roof in Cangzhou Oil Refinery as an example,the paper analyzes some issues on the design,technical specifications on purchase and selection,installation/quality inspection,and management,and introduces the selection of aluminum floating roof and installaion/service requirements in detail.
