摘要
介绍澳大利亚、美国、日本、德国等国家的养老护理人员培训内容、方式,再结合我国养老护理培训实际情况,集合各国的养老培训体系优点,为我国建立完善的养老专科人才的培训体系提供一定的参考。
It introduced the training contents and modes of Yanglao nursing staff in Australia,the United States,Japan,Germany and other countries.Then it combined with the actual situation of Yanglao nursing training in China,through comparative reference and collecting advantages of Yanglao training systems of different countries,so as to provide some references for establishing a perfect training system for Yanglao special talents.
