摘要
信息化测评指标体系研究对于指导及推动制造企业信息化发展具有重要现实意义。本文依据评价指标体系的构建原则,采用网上特尔菲法确定其测评指标、AHP法计算指标权重,并以江苏省制造业信息化为应用实例,提出制造业信息化测评指标体系。该指标体系从企业内部业务信息化、商务信息化、信息化动力、信息化质量4个角度展开,全面涵盖当前制造业信息化的主要考察范畴,为制造业信息化测评提供参考。
Study on the evaluation systems of informatization has great practical significance for guiding and improving the development of manufacturing informatization.Based on the construction principles of measurement,this article using the on-line Delphi method to get the evaluation indexes,and the AHP method to confirm the weights of them.Also the paper promotes an evaluation system of Manufacturing Informatization,and as a practical example,uses it to evaluate the Manufacturing Informatization in Jiangsu province.This measurement covers the main domain of manufacturing informatization,and might provide toolkit for the evaluation practice,from the following four aspects：informatization of internal operation,business,motivation and quality in an enterprise.
