摘要
为探讨贫困地区农村劳动力转移对现代农业发展的影响,对贵州省长顺县(贫困县)凯佐乡农村劳动力外出打工情况进行调查并分析。结果表明,农村大量劳动力外出务工,在促进农民收入增加的同时,也带来了农村劳动力老龄化、女性化、文化水平低等一系列问题,从而对现代农业发展产生了不良影响。并从加快新农村建设、支持外出务工人员回乡创业、发展特色农业、加强农业技术推广培训等方面提出了加快现代农业发展的对策建议。
The labor transfer status in Kaizuo village,Changshun county of Guizhou province was surveyed and analyzed to study the effect of rural labor transfer on modern agricultural development in poor areas.The results showed that rural labor transfer brought about the problems including labor aging,labor feminization and lower cultural level,which hinders modern agricultural development.The countermeasures of speeding up new countryside construction,supporting migrant workers to establish their business in their home villages,developing special agriculture and strengthening training of agricultural technological popularization are put forward to speed up modern agricultural development in the paper.
