摘要
为了对早熟马铃薯光合作用的深入研究提供理论依据,利用SPAD-502叶绿素测定仪、Os5p调制荧光仪分别测定了早熟马铃薯费乌瑞它在不同栽培条件下和不同生育期内的叶绿素相对含量值和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:叶绿素SPAD值在块茎膨大期和成熟期各处理间差异显著;各处理间叶绿素荧光参数Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、Yield、Fv/Fo存在极显著或显著差异,不同生育期内差异水平不一致;块茎膨大期的Fv/Fm值在0.80~0.85,表明此时期为干物质积累最大期;通过比较费乌瑞它PSⅡ最大光化学效率与实际光化学效率得出,光化学效率变化的单峰曲线的变化趋势与叶绿素相对含量基本一致。
The content of SPAD and Chlorophyll fluorescence of Favorita,an early maturing potato variety,were determined by using SPAD-502 and Os5p Chlorophyll meter modulated fluorescence to provide theoretical basis for further study on photosynthesis of early maturing potato variety.The results showed that in the tuber expansion and maturity period,the SPAD of different treatment is significantly different.There were significant or very significant differences among different treatments in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo,Fm,Yield and Fv/Fo.The significant level varied at different growth period.In the tuber expansion period,the Fv/Fm value was 0.80~0.85,which indicated that it was the period of maximal accumulation of dry matter.By comparing the Fv/Fm and Yield of Favorita,the single peak of yield change is concluded.The change trend of photochemical efficiency was consistent with the relative content of chlorophyll.
