摘要
介绍了聚合物等离子体表面改性过程中的时效性现象,并从时效性产生的原因、影响因素以及解决办法等3方面综述了聚合物等离子体表面处理时效性的研究进展,对等离子体表面改性技术时效性的研究方向做了展望。
The phenomena of ageing effect of plasma surface modification of polymer materials were introduced in this paper. And the research progress of ageing effect of plasma surface treatment was reviewed from three aspects including the causation,influence factors and resolvents of the ageing effect. Some future work for ageing effect of plasma surface treatment was also presented.
