摘要
目的研究河南汉族人群10对遗传性状基因频率分布特点。方法采用群体遗传学公认方法,调查了新乡医学院2008级和2007级586人的10对遗传性状频率,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件包进行数据处理。结果男女间前额发际、眼睑、睫毛和眼裂4对性状的出现频率差异有显著性(U=2.796～8.150,P<0.05),男女间其他性状的出现频率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论河南汉族人群10对遗传性状的性别分布特征存在一定差异,且10对遗传性状彼此相关性较大。
Objective To study the distribution of frequencies of 10 pairs of genetic characters of the Han people in He′nan province. Methods Based on the techniques of population genetics and cluster random sampling,10 pairs of genetic characters in 586 students of Xinxiang Medical University were surveyed,the data obtained analyzed by using SPSS 13.0 software.Results The frequencies of dominant genetic characters of the hairline of forehead,eyelid,lash and palpebral fissure were significantly different between male and female（U=2.796-8.150,P0.05）,the other different frequencies observed were not significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Differences in gender among some of the 10 pairs of genetic characters of the Han population in He′nan province exist and their correlation is comparatively large.
