摘要
以国内外公开发表的一千余篇液压支架科技论文为基础,加之充分的现场调研建立"知识数据库"和"安全评价体系";然后再编制易于操作和能够逻辑推理的安全管理系统软件。通过安全工程、计算机应用和机械工程跨学科研究形成"液压支架使用维护安全管理系统",本研究可促进液压支架正确操作和及时合理维护,实现液压支架可靠支撑,防止顶板垮塌,对人员和其他设备实施保护。
The study was based on more than one thousand domestic and international published scientific papers of hydraulic support,and established knowledge database and safety evaluation system by adequate on-site investigation,and then developed safety management system software that was easy operating and could do logic inference.Through interdisciplinary study of safety engineering,computer application and mechanical engineering subjects,the "Hydraulic support maintenance safety management system" was formatted.The system can promote the correct operation,reasonable and timely maintenance of hydraulic support,achieve reliable support of hydraulic support,prevent roof collapse,and implement protection of personnel and other equipment.
