摘要
提出了一种基于LPC2292的煤矿井下排水监控分站的设计方案,硬件采用32位微控制器ARM LPC2292处理器为核心控制器,在软件上移植了μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统,大大提高了系统的实时性和可靠性,同时,系统通过设计的RS-485和以太网双通信接口,可以与上位机进行远程通信,实现上位机对煤矿井下排水系统的远程监控。重点对系统的硬件和软件设计进行了详细的介绍。
The design of the drainage monitoring sub-station of underground coal mine based on LPC2292 is introduced,32-bit single-chip microcontroller LPC2292 is used in the hardware,embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II is used in the software,the real-time ability and reliability of the system is greatly improved,meanwhile,through the RS-485 and Ethernet dual communication interface,the system can communicate with remote host computer,which can realize the function of the remote monitoring of the drainage system from host computer.The design of the hardware and software is highlighted in the paper.
