摘要
针对龙滩矿井+450人行上山KRC-120型架空乘人装置,技术落后,保护功能不齐全,运行过程中多次出现突然掉绳、抱绳器松动变形造成卡钩损坏、驱动装置摩擦衬块损坏、托辊更换频繁、设备故障多、有时危及到人身安全等技术难题,对原设备机械及电气系统进行技术改造,并增加PLC自动控制系统和8种自动保护装置,实现设备安全可靠运行。
According to the pedestrian 450 ＋ KRC-120 overhead man-riding devices,techniques,and protect the function is not complete behind the times,operation process,appear suddenly drop rope is caused by deformation of rope loose hook damage,drive card friction lining block damage,roller changing frequently,equipment fault,sometimes endanger the safety problems such as to original equipment,machinery and electrical system,and increase the technical renovation of PLC automatic control system and the automatic protection device,safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
