摘要
介绍了卷扬减速机构加载试验台研制的意义,以及它在实际中的具体应用,对其系统方案、基本结构、控制检测系统和工作过程原理进行了阐述。研制的试验台可以实现对小吨位卷扬减速机构的综合性能检测,为真实模拟起重机各种卷扬起升工况、快速考核和综合评判卷扬减速机构可靠性提供实验手段。
The meaning of development loading test bench for hoist reducer assembly is introduced as well as its application in practice firstly,then describes its system scheme,basic structure,control measurement system and operation procedure.Small tonnage hoist reducer assembly can be detected on the test bench presented in this article for getting its comprehensive properties.An experimental means of simulating hoist reducer assembly in various working condition and rapidly evaluating combination property for reliability can be provided by adopting the loading test bench.
