摘要
对ZY9000/25/50型掩护式液压支架进行受力分析。通过编制了Visual Basic计算机程序,得到了支架在每个高度时各部件的受力大小以及支架从高到低变化时所求参数的变化曲线,从而找出每个部件受力最大时的对应高度,便于强度校核。
Four-bar mechanism is one of the most important components of shield hydraulic support.The force analysis of ZY9000/25/50 type hydraulic support was introduced.By way of compile a computer program with Visual Basic programming language,gain the force value of every component at every support height,and draw out the curves of the request parameters while the support running from its max-height to its min-height.Then get the corresponding support height what find easily.It is convenient for strength checking.
