摘要
针对煤矿副立井提升机罐笼摇台装置采用传统搭接式摇台存在的诸多问题,对液压托罐摇台的结构特点和工作原理进行运动规律分析,动力学分析计算。在建立三维仿真模型的基础上,进行总体结构优化设计和关键部件的有限元分析。
This paper aim at the existing many problems of lapping-way is traditionally used to cage swinging platform of service shaft hoisting equipment,analyze discipline of motion and calculate on dynamics about structural features and work principle of hydraulic-driving cage locking device and swinging platform.On basis of establishing a three-dimensional simulation model,optimally design overall structure and apply FEM to analyzing key component.
