摘要
如何评价地区工业结构是一个值得探索的问题。本文将基尼系数用于评价地区工业结构,通过对南京市最近几年工业结构基尼系数的分析测算,得出如下重要结论:南京最近几年工业发展采取了一种非平衡发展战略模式,这种发展战略模式使得南京市的工业部门结构和行业结构正日趋合理化,工业正朝着有利于发挥地方优势的方向发展。评价结果符合南京事实。作者认为,用基尼系数评价地区工业结构是可行的,具有一定的科学性。
How to evaluate the local industrial structure is a problem worthy of exploring. In this paper, the Gini Cofficient is used to evaluate the structure. We draw a series of important conclusions as follows forom calculating and analysing the Gini coefficients of Nanking industrial structure in recent years. A kind of non-equilibrium developing strategy pattern is taken in Nanking industry in these years. This pattern is making the sector and the trade structure of Nanking industry to be reasonabe and the industry to be advanced in the direction of bringing the local superiority into effect. The evaluating results are accordant with the Nanking's facts. The authors consider that it is feasible to evaluate the local industrial structure with Gini coeffient and the evaluating method is scientific.
