摘要
研究了微电源在功率控制和电压频率控制方式下的微电网非计划孤网过程,提出了微电源出力控制和主网出力控制2种策略,并引入电压的孤网判据。2种控制策略侧重点不同,前者更符合微电网自身灵活独立运行的特点,后者使主网的调度更加容易,在制订微电网控制方案时可综合考虑微电网用户和主网2个方面的需求。在PSCAD仿真软件中进行的建模和仿真实验分析结果表明,2种控制策略均可使微电网维持并网和孤网稳定运行,且含电压频率控制的策略更易使微电网恢复稳定。
The non-planned isolated process of microgrid is studied when the microsources are under power control or voltage frequency control.An output power control strategy for the microsource and one for the utility grid are presented,with the isolated voltage criteria introduced into the strategies.The focuses of the two strategies are different in that the former is more in conformity with the microgrid characteristics of flexible isolated operation,while the latter facilitates the management of the utility grid.It is advisable to comprehensively consider the requirements of microgrid and utility grid when working out the microgrid control strategies.Modeling and simulation results in PSCAD show that both strategies maintain microgrid stable operation whether in the grid-connected mode or in isolated mode,while the strategy with voltage frequency control is even more convenient in making the microgrid restore stability.
