摘要
左旋肉碱已经成为重要的保健型氨基酸之一,尤其在减肥、消除脂肪肝、心脏保健及医学等领域应用发展较快。它的生产方法主要有3种:提取法、化学合成法与生物合成法。本文主要综述了化学合成法的进展情况,并展望了其工艺技术的发展趋势。
L-Carnitine has been one of the most important healthy amino acids.The application have a fast development especially in the region of reduce,fatty liver,heart and medical application as a hypolipidemic agent.Preparation methods mainly included extract,chemical synthesis and biosynthesis.The development of chemical synthesis mainly discuss in this paper,and development trend in process technology was proposed.
