摘要
采用相关和通径分析方法,分析了5项气象因子对精液量和精子活力的影响。结果显示,上上个月的月均最低温度(X″4)和月均日照时数(X″1)对精液量分别产生极显著(P<001)和显著(P<005)影响,当月平均温度(X2)和最高温度(X5)对精子活力产生显著(P<005)影响,降水量(X3)主要通过气温产生影响,5项气象因子对精子发生的总决定系数约30%。这些结果对研究种公牛环境控制、精子发生有重要参考价值。
The effects of 5 meteorotogical elment on Semen Volume and sperm motility were analysed by correlation and path.The result showed that effect of the most lowest average air temperature ( x ″ 4)and daylight house ( x ″ 1)in previous two months on semen volume is respectively.There exists significant( P <0 05)effect that average air temperature ( x 2)and average most highest air temperature( x 5)in this month on sperm motility.Precipitation( x 3)has effect through air temperature.Genaral determind coefficient of fhese factors on spermatogenesis is about 30%.Which provided an important references for study brood bull environment control and spermatogensis.
