摘要
通过单因素搜索和正交试验对以玉米芯水解液为原料，用ＣａｎｄｉｄａｂｏｉｄｉｎｉＮｏ２２０１诱变株Ｙ１０８发酵生产ＳＣＰ进行了初步研究，结果表明在优化的条件下菌体产量高达２８～３０ｇ／Ｌ，产品粗蛋白含量超过３６％。
Fermentation conditions of SCP production from corn cobs hydrolysate by Y 108,a mutant of Candida boidinii No 2201 were optimized by single element reseaches and orthogonal tests The results showed that a yield of 28～30g/L biomass which contains 36% crude protein was obtained at optimal fermentation conditions
