摘要
实验研究了湿空气掠过普通铝箔、亲水铝箔以及浸油处理后的竖直冷表面凝结时的显热和潜热传递,结果表明:湿空气凝结速率不高时,亲水表面上的凝结液更易于铺展,质量传递性能较好,比易于成珠的普通表面传热性能好。油污的存在增加了亲水表面质量传递和热量传递的阻力,但对普通表面的影响很小;较低的凝结速率使凝结液流动复杂化,流态由重力和表面张力共同作用,因此传热和传质的类比与膜状凝结理论值相差较大;凝结液呈现不规则液滴凝结、生长以及聚合现象。
Experimental research was carried out to study the characteristics of the sensitive and latent heat transfer on the vertical cold walls made of ordinary aluminum foil,hydrophilic aluminum foil and the oil-immersed.Results indicated that condensate was tended to spread out on the hydrophilic surface and the heat and mass transfer were better compared with the ordinary surface. Oil-Immersed surface added resistances to the heat and mass transfer,but it contributed little to the ordinary surface.Low condensate rate made the condensate flow complicated.The gravity and the surface tension impacted the condensate flow and the experimental results of the ratio of the heat and mass transfer showed great differences with the classic film model.The condensate drop presented irregular shape under condensation,growing and amalgamation.
