摘要
针对现有火电厂调节阀工作流量特性呈快开宽饱和型的非线性特性而影响自控系统的投运与控制品质的问题,在确定的压降比下以系统所需要的阀工作特性设计阀的新固有流量特性,或采用智能补偿器校正补偿现有阀的流量特性,是一有效方法。改进调节阀的流量特性会显著提高电力生产过程中的自控水平,并产生可观经济效益。
Abstract The spray control valve used now in fossil fired power plants always has a linear flow characteristic of fast open and wide saturation.This flow characteristic gives a negative influence to the input of automatic control system and control property.An effective way to solve this issue is to de sigh the value with a natural flow characteristic according to the required operating under pressure drop ratio or to use a intelligent compensator.
