摘要
本文介绍了一种用单片机控制的异步电动机固态节能启动器的原理和软硬件设计。它在晶闸管脉冲触发环节、软启动环节、节能环节、故障检测等环节实现了微机控制。在节能环节采用双模论域非线性划分模糊控制器提高了控制精度,改善了控制效果。此仪器在节能方面有着广阔的发展前景。
This paper introduced a principle and a design of soft ware and hardware on the solid state energy saving starter for asynchronous motors,which uses a single chip microcomputer to control pulse triggering,soft starting,energy saving,and false detecting.This control algorithm improves the precision of the system.It has the wide prospect on energy saving.
