摘要
研究了在熔铸法制备Cu-Zn-Mg合金过程中Cu2Mg形成的热力学自由能。计算结果表明,Cu60Zn37.64Mg2.36合金中Cu和Mg反应生成Cu2Mg相比反应生成MgZn2和CuMg2相的标准反应Gibbs自由能更低,在相同条件下,Cu2Mg相的生成比MgZn2和CuMg2相更容易。试验结果与计算结果相符合。
Thermodynamic free energy of forming Cu2Mg phase in Cu-Zn-Mg alloy during melting casting process was calculated. The results reveal that the Gibbs free energy of forming Cu2Mg phase is lower than that of forming MgZn2 and CuMg2 phase between reaction of Cu and Mg in Cu60Zn37.64Mg2.36 alloy, leading to the easier creation of Cu2Mg phase. The experimental results are well in agreement with calculated ones.
