摘要
患者男,53岁。阴囊潮红、溃疡、微痒1月,2次以"阴囊湿疹"治疗,未见效果。查体见整个阴囊皮肤潮红,有少许渗出、脱屑,右侧上方、下方见到3个黄豆大小溃疡,质地稍硬,无触痛,右侧腹股沟淋巴结肿大。查RPR1∶4阳性,TPPA阳性。按一期梅毒予苄星青霉素治疗。1周后溃疡结痂,2周后溃疡完全愈合,阴囊其他皮肤症状完全消失。
A 53-year-old male,with one-month history of a pruritic erythematous plaque,ulcer and an itchy skin on the scrotum.He had been clinically treated as scrotal eczema twice,without any improvement.The whole scrotal cutaneous flushed,with a little effusion and desquamation,also there were three soybean volume ulcer above and below the right,and its texture was little stiff without tenderness.The lymph node of the right inguinal enlarged.A Syphilis serology test revealed a reactive RPR test with a titer of 1∶4 and a positive Treponema pallidum particle agglutination（TPPA）.Then treated it as primary syphilis with benzathine penicillin.A week later the ulcer scabbed,and healed completely after another week.The symptoms of scrotal skin disappeared completely.
