摘要
介绍了一种全数字化的数控机床交流主轴调速系统。该系统以矢量控制技术为理论基础,以2片Intel80C196KC微处理器作为控制核心,采用IPM智能功率模块作为开关元件组成交-直-交电压型逆变器主回路。测试结果表明该系统具有良好的动静态性能。介绍了矢量控制的原理及其方案实施,然后着重讨论了系统的硬件及软件设计,最后给出了系统测试结果。
he paper introduces a fully digital NC machine tool AC drive system. In the
system, the vector control scheme is based on, two single chip microcomputers-Intel 80C196KC
are used as control center and IPM is used as an intelligent power device in the main circuit of
AC-DC-AC voltage-type inverter. The testing results prove that it has good dynamic and static
performance.
