摘要
针对 P P/ E P D M 动态硫化中有机过氧化物交联剂 A 用量对试样拉伸、弯曲和冲击等性能所产生的较大的影响,采用偏光显微镜研究了不同交联剂 A 用量下动态硫化 P P/ E P D M 中连续相 P P 的晶体结构和分散相 E P D M 的形态结构特征。结果显示,当交联剂 A 为0 .5 份时, P P 降解很少, 而 E P D M却能充分交联, 并以较微细的颗粒均匀分布于 P P 连续相中, 在 P P 球晶间形成缓冲层, 使 P P 球晶细小且均匀, 晶界面模糊,从而在较少损害拉伸和弯曲性能的前提下提高韧性。但当交联剂过量时, P P 降解加剧, E P D M 形成较大的分散颗粒, 减小了与 P P 接触的相界面, 从而削弱对 P P 球晶的上述作用效果, 其结果是拉伸和弯曲性能下降, 同时冲击韧性亦下降。
Owing to the big influence of the dosage of the vulcanizing agent on the tensile,flexural and impact properties of dynamic vulcanized PP/EPDM blends,the polarizing microscope was used to investigate the crystal structure of continuous phase PP and morphology of the dispersed phase EPDM in PP/EPDM blends with different dosages of vulcanizing agent. The results showed that with proper amount of the vulcanizing agent,the degradation of PP did not occur, and EPDM could be completely cured and homogeneously dispersed in PP phase as fine particles,which formed the buffer layer and resulted in the fine homogeneous spherulites and the unclear crystal face,so the impact toughness was improved without the much damage of tensile and flexural properties. When too much vulcanizing agent was used,PP degradated intensly,large particles of EPDM were formed,which decreased the interface with PP.So their above effects on PP spherulites reduced,not only the tensile and flexural properties but also the impact toughness decreased.
