摘要
以管式脱气法，采用蒸汽鼓泡脱挥手段，在５０ ～６０ ℃，真空度６６ ～７２ ｋ Ｐａ 条件下脱除氯丁胶乳中的残留单体，脱气效率达８５ ％ 以上。经过脱气处理后的成品胶性能符合 Ｚ Ｂ Ｇ３５００１ —８８ 要求。
The devolatilization of residual monomers in neoprene latex were studied by the tubular degassing process with steam bubbling at 50～60 ℃,66～72 kPa.The degassing efficiency reached over 85%.The product after degassing had the properties in accordance with ZBG 35001—88.
