摘要
介绍了合成橡胶用工业标准参比炭黑 Ｓ Ｒ Ｂ３ ＃ 的生产工艺条件。实验结果表明，产品的物理化学性能与 Ａ Ｓ Ｔ Ｍ Ｉ Ｒ Ｂ６ ＃ 炭黑的基本相似； Ｓ Ｒ Ｂ３ ＃ 炭黑无论用于评价 Ｓ Ｂ Ｒ１５００ 还是 Ｂ Ｒ９０００ ，它所得数据的任何行、列平均结果都在规定的上下限以内， 从而说明此炭黑是均匀性批量产品； 同时确定了 Ａ Ｓ Ｔ Ｍ Ｉ Ｒ Ｂ６ ＃ 与 Ｓ Ｒ Ｂ３ ＃ ３００ ％ 定伸应力、拉伸强度和扯断伸长率的差值。
The process conditions of industry reference carbon black SRB 3# for synthetic rubber were studied.The results showed that its physicochemical properties were similar to those of ASTM industry reference carbon black IRB 6#.Whether used in the evaluation of SBR 1500 or BR 9000,the data of mean results in any row or column by carbon black SRB 3# were within the range of upper and lower limits,which confirmed that the carbon black was an evenness bulk product.The differences of 300% modulus,tensile strength and elongation at break between SRB 3# and IRB 6# carbon blacks were determined.
