摘要
合理的产业结构会因不合理的空间布局给城市环境带来负面的外部性效应,导致城市生态环境的总体发展不平衡和局部恶化。在城市经营中,欠发达地区在城市产业结构生态化之后要求实现产业空间布局的生态化。丽水市根据实际情况确定经济功能区定位,明确生态产业的发展方向,合理规划生态工业区、生态农业区、生态旅游区以及城市商业区和居民区,其经验值得借鉴。
Proper industrial structure will bring negative effect on urban environment for its improper space arrangement,which causes the overall imbalance and local deterioration of the development in the urban ecological environments.Less-developed regions in urban management are asked to realize ecological industrial spatial layout after its forming ecological industrial structure.According to the actual situation of Lishui City,the economic function orientation is determined and the ecological industry development direction is cleared,with its rational planning of ecological industry park,the ecological agriculture,ecological tourist area,as well as the city commercial and residential areas.The experience is worth learning.
