高龄病人气管置管后肉芽组织增生的护理 被引量:1

摘要 气管切开后肉芽组织增生是成人医源性气道狭窄最常见的原因,以气管横截面积减少10%诊断为气管狭窄,其发生率高达50%~80%,其常见原因为各种因素引起的肉芽组织增生,好发于气管切开切口处、气囊部位及气管套管头部[1]。肉芽组织增生可导致出血、更换套管困难、延期拔管和影响气管切开的效果,严重肉芽阻塞可导致病人死亡[2]。对于高龄病人而言,
