高性能聚乙烯纤维表面处理对复合材料性能的影响 被引量:2

EFFECT OF THE SURFACE TREATMENT FDR HIGH PERFORMANCE POLYETHYLENE FIBERS ON THE PROPERTIES OF COMPOSITES

摘要 采用化学法、电晕法、高能离子法和等离子体法对高性能聚乙烯纤维进行表面处理。结果表明,化学法主要改变了纤维表面的物理形态;电晕法主要改变了纤维表面的化学性质;高能离子法和等离子体法不仅改变了纤维表面的物理形态,而且也改变了纤维表面的化学性质。相比而言,高能离子法和等离子体法处理的纤维用于树脂基复合材料效果较佳。 Surface of high performance polyethylene fibers have been treated with corona, chemical, high-energy ion and plasma. A detailed examination has been undertaken about the influence of surface treatment on the properties of high performance polyethylene fibers and adhesion of fibers to resin matrix.
