摘要
分析了北京大恒公司产12线/mm正交光栅的空间频谱分布现象。该光栅的缝宽与周期比值为1∶2,所以其空间频谱的偶数级频谱点消失,出现"缺级"现象。文中并给出了理论推导。
This paper analyzes the spatial spectrum distribution of a cross-grating（made by Daheng company,12line/mm）.The opening ratio a/d is 1：2,so all even orders disappear.Furthermore,the theoretical derivation is given in this paper.
