摘要
采用均聚聚丙烯（ＰＰ）为基础树脂，通过添加透明剂和自制母粒Ａ、Ｂ，制得了透明ＰＰ片材专用料。研究了工艺路线、透明剂添加量和母粒对物料性能的影响。结果表明：采用双螺杆挤出和后加透明剂的工艺制得的物料性能好，透明剂显著提高了物料的透明性和光泽度，母粒改善了专用料的抗冲击。
With homopolypropylene as base
resin,compounds for transparent sheet were prepared with clarifier and selfmade master
batch A and B.The effects of processing route,clarifier content and master batch on the
compound properties were studied.The results showed the transparence of the compound
prepared by means of twinscrew extruding and postadding of clarifier was better than
that of the compound by other methods.The use of clarifier could improve the
transparency and glossiness of the compound,and the impact strength,age resistance of
the compound could be improved by using of master batch.
