甲氨蝶呤3种给药方法治疗异位妊娠的疗效比较 被引量：19

摘要 目的观察比较甲氨蝶呤3种给药方法治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法采用甲氨蝶呤50 mg/m2分别行单次肌肉注射、分次肌肉注射、单次静脉滴注治疗异位妊娠68例,观察各种给药方法的疗效。结果单次肌肉注射、分次肌肉注射、单次静脉滴注3种方法的治疗成功率分别为95.00%,92.86%,94.12%;副作用发生率分别为60.00%,57.14%,47.06%;重复治疗率分别为30.00%,28.57%,11.76%。结论 3种方法疗效无显著性差异,单次静脉滴注的副作用和重复治疗例数较另两种方法少,可在临床上推广。
