摘要
针对结晶型塑料注塑柱状件的冷却问题,提出了物理及数学模型。在用有限差分法分析和求解时,为解决程序的可运行性,给出了初始状态下虚拟固相区的假设,并采用变时间步长求解。
In
view of crystal polymer inject cylindrical part cooling,physical and mathematical models
were proposed.When finite difference method was used to make the program be
operational,some postulations were made:in the beginning a postulating solid phase section
was made and changeable time step was used.A way to observe the dynamic process of
inject crystal cylindrical part temperature distribution was provided.
