摘要
通过对四正丁基溴化铵合成的有关文献分析，提出了一种改良措施，在不使用溶剂的情况下，使溴代正丁烷与部分三正丁胺回流反应３ｈ后，剩余量的三正丁胺在４ｈ内滴入，接近反应终点时加入乙酸丁酯，冷却析出粗品，从苯中重结晶得四正丁基溴化铵精品，产品纯度大于９９％，收率９０．２％
In this paper,an improvemental method was given by analysizing the documents about the synthesis of Tetra-n-Butylammonium Bromide (TBAB):Butyl Bromide and part of Tri-n-butyl Amine were refluxed without any solvent.After 3hr,the rest of Tri-n-butyl Amine was added dropwise in 4hr.A certain amount of n-Butyl Acetate was added to this solution when approaching the terminal point of the reaction.After being coolled,the rude product was filtered and refined with benzene to give TBAB with the purity of more than 99% and the yield of 90.2%.
