摘要
通过两种生产工艺的对比实验,证明采用搅拌水解新工艺,可以强化水解过程,减少糠醛在高温下产生分解反应;可以更新物料表面层,减少醛汽同酸性介质的接触,减少糠醛的树脂化。
A new technology of stiring hydrolysis are introduced in this paper through comparison with two experiments, which can intensify hydrolysis, the reaction of resolution, which furfural produce in high temprature was reduced. The layer of materials in the surface was removed farfural steam to contact alkaline medium, and resinifing of furfural were reduced, the yield of producing from indian corn core was increased.
