摘要
目的:灭活污染的微生物,将其各种外来及滋生的微生物污染降至"最低限度",从而使非无菌产品变成无菌产品。方法:依据YY/T0287-ISO13485标准把某些不能有随后的产品检验和试验来充分证实其结果的生产过程必须进行常规监视,应采用已知致死率达标的过程方法。结果:通过对灭菌效果是否达到预期目的,灭菌过程是否持续有效的研究分析后,必须对灭菌过程提出质量要求。结论:加强医院消毒质量监测与管理是有效预防、控制医院感染、提高医疗质量、保障医疗安全的重要措施。
