摘要
在实验室和生产线上用便携式激光监测系统对定向刨花板(OSB)的刨花定向角进行在线测量,结果表明,激光监测系统能对OSB的刨花定向角的分布情况进行高效、实时、准确的在线测量,为实现OSB生产工艺的及时优化和提高产品的质量提供技术支撑。
The on-line measurements of strand alignment angle of the oriented strand boards(OSBs) were performed by using a portable laser system and protractor respectively.A comparison of both measurements demonstrates that the laser measurement system is efficient,accurate and reliable,and can indicate the strand angle distribution of OSB in realtime.It shows that the portable laser measurement system may be used for the real time on-line measurement of strand alignment and optimizing the product quality of OSBs.This information can provide OSB producers with technical support in process optimization and product quality improvement in a timely manner.
