首先介绍了统计技术在产品质量管理中的应用及其作用,然后介绍了一种用于描述电子产品质量稳定性的方法;最后,通过两个例子来具体说明如何比较两个产品的质量稳定性及同一产品在不同时期的产品质量是否稳定的问题。
The application and role of statistical techniques in product quality management are introduced.A method for describing the quality stability of electronics is presented.Finally,two examples are given to illustrate how to compare the quality stabilities of two products and whether the quality of the same product in different periods is stable.
