摘要
根据小波变换能同时在时间域和频率域进行局部化信号分析的特点,采用小波包分解、小波包重构及小波包分频带能量监测方法对往复泵活塞状态进行识别,取得了良好的效果。这种方法具有特征参量少、故障特征突出等优点。可以预见。
Partial signal analysis in time domain and frequency domain can be achieved with wavelet
packet analysis. The methods of wavelet packet decomposition, wavelet packet reconstruction,
and wavelet packet vibration energy monitoring among bandwidths are applied to monitor the
performance of the piston in reciprocating pump. An excellent monitoring result has been
obtained. It can be predicted that the wavelet packet analysis of signal will be developed to a
new method for picking up the signal for monitoring the performance of reciprocating pump and
fault diagnosis. \=
