摘要
酸化淤渣的生成是影响酸化效果的重要因素,而酸液浓度、酸液类型、酸化添加剂及酸液中的金属离子等对酸化淤渣的生成有影响。对渤南油田2个区块的油样进行了试验,重点研究了三价铁离子和二价铁离子对酸化淤渣生成的影响。结果表明,三价铁离子会促进淤渣的生成;二价铁离子对淤渣的生成也有一定的影响,但通以氮气对二价铁离子进行保护后,二价铁离子对淤渣生成的影响降低。针对义4-7-10油样,筛选出CH-1和CH-2两种有效的防淤渣剂。这两种防淤渣剂复配使用(其浓度均为0.5%)时。
cid sludge is an important factor affecting acidizing result. Concentration, types,
additive, ferric and ferrous ion in acid solution have a certain effect on sludge formation. Two
samples of crude oil from the southern Behai Oilfield are studied. The results confirm that ferric
ion can promote sludge formation, while ferrous ion has a little effect after some measures are
taken to prevent ferrous from oxidization. Taking an oil sample of southern Behai Oilfield, two
effective anti\|sludge agents CH-1and CH-2 are used in combination, and sludge\|prevention
rate will increase above 95% when the concentration of CH-1 and CH-2 is 0.5%.
