冠心病住院患者下肢动脉硬化患病率及相关危险因素分析 被引量:3

Analysis on prevalence of lower limb artherosclerosis and related risk factors in hospitalized patients with coronary artery disease

摘要 目的应用二维及彩色多普勒超声方法对已确诊冠心病住院患者下肢动脉疾病情况及常规生化检查进行分析探讨,了解冠心病住院患者下肢动脉硬化患病率及相关危险因素。方法采用高频探头对冠状动脉造影确诊的冠心病患者136例(冠心病组)及非冠心病患者100例(对照组)进行分析对比,观察下肢动脉粥样硬化程度(其中包括内中膜厚度、有无斑块形成)。结果冠心病组下肢动脉斑块检出率明显高于非冠心病组,分别为70.6%vs 12.0%(P<0.01)。冠心病组中高血压和糖尿病的发病率明显高于对照组,分别为66.2%vs 12.0%;50.0%vs 22.0%(P<0.01)。冠心病组总胆固醇水平明显高于对照组,分别为(5.66±0.07)mmol/L vs(5.49±0.09)mmol/L(P<0.01)。结论下肢动脉硬化与冠心病之间存在一定相关性,下肢动脉硬化在一定程度上反映冠状动脉粥样硬化的有无和病变程度。高血压、高血糖、脂代谢异常等多种危险因素促使动脉粥样硬化的发生。 Objective Applying the method of two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound,diagnosis was made on the hospitalized patients with coronary artery disease for lower limb arterial disease situation,and their conventional biochemical tests were analyzed to understand the prevalence of lower limb artherosclerosis and related risk factors.Methods Adoption of high-frequency probe,136 hospitalized patients diagnosed with CHD and 100 cases in control group(non CHD by coronary arteriongraphy) were analyzed and compared to observe the degree of lower limb atherosclerosis,including the thickness of endangium and tunica media,plaque formation.Results The rate of plaque formation of artery in low limbs of the coronary heart disease group was significantly higher than that of non CHD group,70.6% vs 12.0%(P0.01).The incidences of hypertension and diabetes were significantly increased in the CHD group 66.2% vs 12.0%;50.0% vs 22.0%(P0.01).The total cholesterol level of CHD group was significantly higher than that of control group(5.66±0.07) mmol/L vs(5.49±0.09) mmol/L(P0.01).Conclusion There is some correlation between arteriosclerosis and coronary heart disease,artherosclerosis reflects the presence or absence of coronary artherosclerosis,and the degree of lesions in a certain extent,hypertension,hyperglycemia,dyslipidemia and other risk factors contributed the occurrence of artherosclerosis.
