摘要
用测定混合溶液的电导率的方法,测定了磁化前后饱和溶液在碳酸钙结晶沉淀过程中液相电导率的变化。实验证明:若磁场的磁感应强度为0.2T,磁处理可使混合溶液的电导率显著降低,溶液中成核速率及晶体生成速度明显增大;实验数据证明,晶核生成速度及晶粒长大速度都可用一级反应速度方程描述;在优化磁场作用下,溶液中的成核速度远远大于晶体生长速度,溶液中有大量微晶生成时,稳定性增强,因此具有防垢效应;溶液浓度越高,其磁效应越强;在优化参数情况下,溶液的湿度越高,磁处理效果越好,但磁处理的记忆效应将大大削弱,因此磁处理的温度范围以60℃~90℃为宜。实验结果对认识磁防垢的机理有参考价值。
Effects of magnetic field on CaCO3 crystallization including nucleation and growth in crystal sizeare observed by measuring electric conductivity change of solution after it has been treated in magnetic field. TheeXPeriment shows that the nucleation velocity and growth velocity could be enhanced when the solution is exposed to a magnetic field. The relationship between magnetic effects and magnetic flux density, and that betweentemperature and concentration of ions are investigated. The results can be used to further explain the mechanismof antiscaling by magnetic treatment.
