摘要
论述了限流压裂和蜡球暂堵选压压裂技术,建立了多层压裂过程中小层瞬时流量分配模型,提出了求解方法,结合拟三维裂缝几何模型和限流压裂技术,开发出限流压裂设计软件,解决了多层压裂设计计算问题。该技术已形成较完善的设计方法和施工工艺。应用该技术成功地实现了埋深3500m以上、油层层数超过10层、单层薄达0.4m的多层、薄油层压裂改造。现场应用表明,该技术施工成功率达90%,有效率达80%。
This paper presents the fracturing technics of selective
limitedentry with temporary plugging by wax balls. A model for instantaneous flow rate
distribution in every thin layers while fracturing has been established and its solution method
has been suggested also. Combining with 3Dfracture model and limitedentry fracturing technic,
a designing software for limitedentry fracturing technic has been developed and the problem of
multiplelayer fracturing design has been solved. By using these technics, fracture treatments
have been performed successfully in multiplelayer reservoirs with depth more than 3500m,
more than 10 layers and single layer's thickness less than 0.4m. It is shown by field practical
data that the success cases of fracture reaches 90% and the effectiveness more than 80%, oil
production increment and economic benefit is obvious.
