摘要
大庆油田聚合物驱和三元复合驱中普遍采用冰醋酸次氯酸钠浊度法测定 H P A M 浓度,由于应用条件复杂多变,测定结果的准确性不好。实验考察了 H P A M 的水解度、分子量、水质、碱( Ha O H) 、表面活性剂 O R S41 及 H P A M生产厂家( 生产工艺) 对测定结果的影响,发现除 O R S41 外,其余因素的影响都很大,这使实际生产中很难制作出合乎该法要求的标准工作曲线。各种因素的影响和不合要求的标准工作曲线结合在一起,造成了不准确的测定结果。现在使用的 H P A M 浓度测定方法必须加以改进。
The turbidimetric glacial acetic acid/sodium hypochlorite method for determining HPAM concentration in aqueous solutions involved in EOR operations often give unexplainable results. In this paper the influences on HPAM concentration determinations of HD and M of HPAM, water quality, NaOH, surfactant ORS 41, and sources of HPAM are investigated and shown to be notable (besides of ORS 41). These influences with the unsuitable standard working graphs constructed lead to uncaccurate determinations. This method must be improved.
